He is a Chamorro from Guam born into an Air Force Family and raised on military bases from Alaska to Hawai’i and places in between.
After graduating from the University of San Diego (B.A. Psychology), he served as an Officer in the Navy making multiple deployments to the Persian Gulf. Prior to leaving the service, he promoted to Commander (O-5).
Post-military, he owned small businesses and was a Business Development Manager for corporate sales companies on both Hawai’i and Guam.
